Festool's Vlies is a "Scotchbrite"-type abrasive that is excellent for deep pore cleaning on natural woods, veneers and is great for use on contours. Also for use on solid surface - use A280 for a matte finish, or S800 for a semi-gloss finish. Vlies is also perfect for cleaning and de-rusting metal.
