This heavy-duty design is one of our most popular steel bar clamps. It is a sliding-head design; the sliding head is threaded to accommodate the screw. All adjustments are made in the movable sliding head, making this style fast-acting. Multiple-Disc-Clutch holds securely at any point along the bar.

  • Castings - Malleable and/or ductile iron; powder coated orange finish.
  • Screw - 5/8 Inch diameter cold-drawn steel with special, smoothly cut Acme threads; handle - varnished hardwood with plated steel ferrule. wing-nut handle available - request individual stock# by adding - W.
  • Clutch disc - Hardened, plated steel. Three clutch discs and one clutch spring constitute the Multiple-Disc-Clutch.
