Jet 560090 - JRB-133 Rivet Buster With Retainer

The JRB-133 Rivet Buster features an industrial duty steel throttle valve that will handle the harshest work environments without clogging or jamming. It also features an easy to clean screened inlet bushing to keep our particulate matter. This rivet buster features a non-ejectable piston for increased user safety. This is done by the use of a piston retainer that is placed into the barrel during assembly. The retainer is made from hardened nickeld chromium alloy steel for increased strength and durability. The non-ejectable piston is precision machined from high impact tool steel. The piston is heat tread for added strength and preciosn ground to precises dimensions. The piston then under goes a secondary operation to remove any residual surface stress that could cause fatigue or breakage. The barrel is machined from highly wear resistant alloy ste and is coated in black oxide, inside and out for corrison resistance.
