This Variable Speed (400 - 1550 strokes/min.) scroll saw has a unique tilting head.  The head also allows the user to raise or lower the mounting position of the blade. The Excalibur EX-21 scroll saw is built for ease of use by General International, and is a popular choice among professional woodworkers as well has passionate hobbyists.
