The drill features a reversible two speed gear box, with electronic speed reduction for tapping operations. The last speed used is automatically stored and can be recalled during the next drilling operation.The drill is also equipped with Fein's QuickIN system, making tool changes up to 4 times faster than conventional Weldon tool holders. The drill head slides on double dovetail guides making it easier to install long drilling tools without removing the drill from the work piece.
