The portable power unit that operates at 3 phase, 230 volt. There are two available workstations and nine interchangeable attachments to customize the ironworker. Additionally, there are seven optional accessories to increase precision and efficiency. The unit requires an Edwards Ironworker with PowerLink System or a Portable Power Unit. The workstations are optimized for improved efficiency and there is an electric foot pedal with integrated jog control. The operation is simple with a 20' quick-connect hose. The guarding is compliant with ANSI B11.5-1988(02). The vertical movement of the unit produces precise punching and shearing with minimal distortion, resulting in extended tooling life. The punches are easily changeable and available in various sizes and shapes.
