Makita GSP01M1, 40V Max XGT 4.0Ah Brushless Telescoping 8" Polisher & Scrubber Kit

The Makita 40V max XGT Telescoping 8" Polisher / Scrubber (GSP01) delivers constant speed control with up to 60% faster brush speeds. The GSP01 features an adjustable head with a full range of adjustments so the scrubbing head can be fixed in the ideal position, or in a floating mode for superior anti-wobble control.

It can deliver over 3-1/2 hours of run time on low and 48 minutes on high with a 40V XGT 4.0Ah battery. It also features “tool-less" attachment changes to provide quick and easy pad and accessory changes.

The 8” Polisher / Scrubber features a telescoping handle that provides 14" of extension for overall length from 42-1/2" to 56-1/2" to ensure control and comfort for any height. It features a 3-speed selector (150 / 350 / 650 RPM) enables users to match the speed to the application for polishing, cleaning, and wax removal.

The GSP01 features a spring-loaded splash guard that prevents water or cleaning agent from splashing during use. It also features a flexible head that provides fixed or free-moving settings to reduce head wobble and user fatigue.

A range of color-coded attachments are available for cleaning and polishing tile, decks, resin wax, concrete, and other surfaces. It also features anti-restart protection engineered to prevent motor start up when battery is inserted with switch locked on.

Convenience features include an adjustable easy-grip handle that provides a comfortable position for applying consistent pressure on the scrubbing and polishing head. It also features a battery cover that ensures the battery remains protected from cleaning agents and water. The GSP01 weighs only 10.3 lbs. with battery (sold separately) for reduced operator fatigue. It also features two head-mounted LED job lights providing front-facing illumination.
