The 18V LXT Cordless 24" Hedge Trimmer Kit (4.0Ah) (XHU10SM1) is part of Makita’s wide range of cordless outdoor power equipment. The XHU10SM1 Hedge Trimmer has a 24" blade for increased cutting capacity and a compact and ergonomic design that weighs up to 30% less than gas models.

It features a Makita-built motor that delivers 2,700 SPM for faster cutting speed when set on the high speed option. It has the power to cut thick branches 9/16" in diameter. The 24" dual-action double-sided steel blade provides optimal performance. The XHU10SM1 delivers up to 100 minutes of run time with 18V LXT 4.0Ah battery (battery and charger included with kit).

Convenience features include a compact and ergonomic design at only 40-1/2" long, and a rubberized soft grip that provides increased comfort on the job.
