Powered by the DeWalt FLEXVOLT battery system, the Tec 3508 is the first 43mm cordless hot melt applicator on the market. It delivers up to 3 hours of runtime with a 9Ah battery and is also compatible with 6Ah and 12Ah batteries.

For precise performance, the tool features interchangeable temperature modules ranging from 130°C to 215°C, automatically adjusting the internal heater to suit specific application needs. With a class-leading melt rate of 3.2 kg/hr, it ensures efficient adhesive flow when used with 43mm Tecbond adhesives.

Designed for comfort and control, the applicator includes a smaller trigger, over-molded handle for improved grip, and enhanced stability during use. Additional features such as an on/off switch and auto shut-off function improve energy efficiency and reduce the risk of adhesive meltback.
