Consider BN as a great option for long runs and stubborn hardwoods. 2-3/4" width may exceed capacity on some W.H. moulders. Corrugated back knives allow you to use your profiled Williams & Hussey knives in your shaper or moulder heads. Must have knife pockets at least 1-1/8" deep, to conceal holes, when using corrugated back knives.
