New Cordless Woodworking Tools
- Cordless DOMINO Joiner DFC 500: An 18V tool featuring a unique oscillating pendulum motion for precise, twist-proof wood joining. It features adjustable mortising routing depths (12–28 mm) and miter routing from 0° to 90° (p. 9).
- HLC 82 Cordless Planer: Uses a single-knife helical spiral blade for quiet, smooth cuts. It has a 3-1/4" planing width, dual-channel dust extraction, and a removable chamfer adapter.
- OFKC 500 Cordless Edge Router: A compact trim router designed for low-profile clearances down to 1/2". Offers fine routing depth adjustments to 1/256" and a spring-loaded ball bearing brake to eliminate burn marks.
- MFKC 700 Cordless Modular Edge Router: A modular version designed for edge banding and laminate work. Allows tool-free base swaps and offers over 5" of base stability (p. 28).

- TBX 4 Tabless Battery: A lightweight (1.3 lbs) 18V 4.0 Ah battery using tabless cell technology. It reduces heat generation, eliminates cell cooling delays, and recharges in 25 minutes with active AIRSTREAM cooling.
- BP 18 Li 5.0 HP-ASI HighPower Battery: An upgraded 18V 5.0 Ah workhorse that supplies up to 50% more power than standard versions for high-demand saws and planers.
- Smart Features: Both batteries feature integrated Bluetooth® to auto-start paired Festool dust extractors and link with the Festool app to monitor temperature, charge levels, and cycles.
