The sanding tool includes a low-profile, premium urethane weight-mated sanding pad. Optional vacuum conversion kits are available to convert the tool to a self-generated vacuum or central vacuum tool. A black lever indicates a 3/32" (2.5 mm) diameter orbit for ultra-fine sanding. A drop-in motor is also available for purchase separately to reduce downtime associated with maintenance. The tool has a powerful 12,000 RPM air motor with a floating rotor that produces more usable power. The high-strength composite rotor has better lubricating qualities for longer blade life. The tool uses air efficiently and has a comfort platform for hand and wrist support, as well as protection against cold air exhaust. The throttle lever recesses into the housing grip, eliminating pressure on the operator's palm. The tool has easy maintenance and vacuum conversion, with easily changeable muffler elements and low sound levels. It also has a speed control for regulating tool speed, a lighter air motor assembly, and a high-quality pad bearing with reduced vibration. The sanding pad is weight-mated and made of premium urethane for smoother operation.
