This brushless small angle grinder requires no time changing brushes and offers a long motor life. Part of the PERFORM and PROTECT line of products, this grinder is equipped with kickback brake which engages with maximum force to stop the wheel when a pinch, stall, or bind-up is detected, reduce the movement of the grinder and shut the grinder off. Power Loss Reset prevents accidental restarts following a power disruption when the tool is left in the "on" position. Maximum initial battery voltage (measured without a workload) is 20 volts.
