The DWE6411 sander has several features to enhance control and comfort, including a rubber overmold texture. It also has improved paper clamp features for better paper retention and a locking dust-port system for securing the vacuum hose. The sander's overall height has been reduced to bring the user closer to their work, and it has a foam pad for flatter sanding. The separate counterweight helps reduce vibration. The dust port is designed to fit DWV010 or DWV012 dust collectors, but can also be attached to other vacuums with 1 1/4" hoses using the DWV9000 universal quick connector. The sander comes with a paper punch, dust bag, and carrying bag.
