The Pocket-Hole Jig 520PRO is our most versatile jig yet. It’s the essential jig for project builders who need an easy-to-use joinery solution wherever we work — in the backyard, on the driveway, or even in a friend’s garage.
The 520PRO is loaded with features, like the VersaGrip 360°-rotating handle that helps the jig adapt easily to nearly any pocket-hole project. VersaGrip features integrated clamping with pump action clamping – just squeeze the handle until our material is clamped securely. With this flexible design, we’ll never have to worry about struggling with large boards or sheets to add pocket holes in the right places. Instead, the 520PRO works in almost any orientation, so we can easily reposition the jig, clamp it, and drill perfect pocket holes.
Preparing to drill pocket holes is easy. Preset material thickness settings on the drill guide block make setup fast for 1/2", 3/4", and 1 1/2" material. Plus, the adjustable stop offers repeatability when we need to drill multiple pocket holes in pieces of similar thickness. A sturdy steel-reinforced spine and hardened steel drill guides ensure that the 520PRO will deliver years of quality project building performance.
With a rugged handle, impact-resistant polymer, and reinforced with a steel frame, this jig is shop, jobsite, and backyard ready.
