The S100 dual hook line is designed for spindle shapers and most smaller non-jointed moulders. Bore bushings are available for shapers with 1" diameter spindles. Dual Hook cutterheads offer a 12 degree cutting angle for hardwood to reduce raised grain and a 20 degree cutting angle to reduce fuzzing in softwoods. Only 2-knives are required on non-jointed molders; using 4-knives will not improve the surface finish. We offer filler wedges for the empty unused head pockets. All heads are precision CNC machined from high strength hardened alloy steel and designed to operate at speeds up to 9,000 rpm. Molder cutter heads are made to exceed the most stringent European OEM standards allowing you to produce smooth material finish with years of trouble free use.
