This rotary welding positioner that provides a stable work platform for increased productivity and seamless welds. The positioner has a chuck for holding work pieces up to 250 lbs and 4 1/2" in diameter. It can rotate a full 360 degrees at a steady speed for safe and quick welding. It can also pitch up to a 90 degree angle in 15 degree increments, offering enhanced mobility and functionality. Using this positioner eliminates operator fatigue and increases safety. It also increases production by reducing the handling and maneuvering of parts. The positioner is light weight yet heavy duty, providing a stable work area for high quality welds. Optional features include a rotary 16" surface plate, a variable speed foot pedal, and a control box. The positioner comes with a standard foot pedal and control box, as well as a chuck.
