First piece is cut flat (horizontal) and the second is cut perpendicular (vertical) to the first for a perfect fit. There is no need to re-align the router depth, provided that the wood is centered to the cutting edge of the bit. Not recommended for use in a pin router nor a router table unless the length of our material can be handled easily.
